3rd Annual Winter Fun Fest. Join us on February 7, 2026, from 3-6 pm for outdoor fun, campfire cooking, and hot chocolate at the Allard Rink!  

We’re still urgently looking for volunteers to supervise the fire pits, lead activities, and serve hot chocolate. Member exclusive!  We will have s’more kits  (2 roasting sticks, a bag of marshmallows, and a package of cookies) for the first 25 households that show our volunteers their valid membership card.

You’re welcome to bring your own recipes and ingredients for your favourite campfire treats.  We will have limited supplies for making campfire eclairs and roasted apples.  And bring your thermos for a warm beverage!

Staff from the Edmonton Public Library will be visiting with one of their epl2go Literacy Vans. Enjoy stories, songs, and rhymes suitable for the whole family.

With the weather forecast this week, it's not looking very winter-y for the sledding and outdoor skating we have planned. But Disc golf is year-round! The Edmonton Disc Golf Association (EDGA) is looking to build a new course on the south side. They’ve graciously agreed to set up a short par 2 course at our event for folks to try out, as well as putting practice.  They’ll have volunteers to answer all your questions.  Come out and give disc golf a try!
